Literally one saucy lady, Jasmin Robertson is the Director of Roza’s Gourmet, a Brisbane based business that lovingly creates an extensive range of gourmet sauces and dips.
Roza’s Gourmet has undergone an incredible evolution, growing fifteen-fold, since Jasmin took the reins at just 23. Roza's Gourmet has been recognised for its high growth rate featuring on BRW’s ‘Fast 100’ in 2015 and 2017. Jasmin won her category at the 2017 ‘Brisbane Young Entrepreneur Awards’, and was recently featured in the Courier Mail Hot 20 under 40 for Queensland.

Jasmin never wanted to become a Sauce Baron. But 8 years, and a lot of blood sweat and tears later, there’s a few things she learned along the way. From sales and marketing to personal well-being, she will share learnings that every entrepreneur can apply to grow their business.

Saul Cockburn worked as a criminal lawyer for 7 years before starting his own business with his brother in 2014. Saul was never passionate about his corporate career choice and had a desire to start his own business. Saul feels lucky enough to put up a business with his brother when they started Tooletries. It is a cliche, but Saul doesn't feel like he has worked a day since they commenced the journey into business ownership.
